• Bespoke or personalised items: These pieces are made especially for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.
• In-stock items: You may return unworn items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that earrings are non-returnable.

 

To arrange a return, please contact our team before sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

 

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
